Where are you based?

Luxury Modern Decor is a US-based company. Our support team works from Texas, and we ship to customers in the US and internationally.

How does shipping work?

We work directly with a curated group of manufacturers and artisans around the world, which is how we keep prices well below traditional retail for the same pieces. Orders ship directly from the maker to you, and shipping is free on every order over $100. Orders under $100 have a small flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs or import fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Larger items such as chandeliers and rugs can occasionally take a few days longer; if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us and we'll chase it for you.

Will your lights work in my country?

Most of our fixtures are rated for 90–260V AC, which covers both 110V regions (US, Canada, Japan) and 220–240V regions (UK, EU, UAE, Australia). Every product page lists the voltage in its specifications, and the small number of 220V-only items are clearly marked. Plug-in lamps may need a simple plug adapter for your local sockets.

Are bulbs included?

It depends on the product, and every listing tells you plainly: either "LED bulbs included" or "Bulbs not included." Where bulbs aren't included, the fixture takes a standard base that you can buy locally.

Do I need an electrician?

For plug-in table, floor and desk lamps, no. For hardwired pendants, chandeliers, wall lights and ceiling lights we recommend a qualified electrician, especially for heavier chandeliers that need a secure ceiling fixing.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page gives dimensions in both inches and centimetres. For a dining pendant or chandelier, choose a fixture narrower than your table and hang it 75–90 cm (30–36 in) above the tabletop. For a living room rug, pick a size that fits under the front legs of all your seating; for a bedroom, a rug that extends about 60 cm (24 in) past each side of the bed.

What if I need to return something?

Email support@luxurymoderndecor.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

Every order is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. If a product doesn't live up to what we described, we'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, no questions asked.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we can usually change or cancel it before it ships. After that, the 30-day return policy applies.
